Terms and Conditions

Products and Services Policy.

  • The Package Rates are Valid only for Three Days.
  • Hotels, Flights, Bus and Trains Rates and Availability are subject to change at the time of Booking.
  • Hotel / Resort/ Accommodation will not change once we reconfirm the Name.
  • The vehicle will not be at disposal but will perform its respective duties as per the Itinerary only.
  • Transportation Service is Point to Point Basis.
  • We reserve the right to make any changes in the Itinerary, Rates, and Products without Prior Notice.
  • If you have any issue with Hotel provided by us, you can book your choice of Hotel with additional cost, we will reimburse 800 .00 / 1200.00 / 1600.00 per person per day for Budget / Standard / Deluxe package respectively.
  • Any Cost Arising due to Natural Calamities like Road Blockage, Landslides, and Political Disturbances (Strikes) etc. the cost will be paid by Client, which is payable on the spot to Supplier.
  • Package Rate is on Double Occupancy.
  • Amendments to Services, Number of Heads, Dates or Group Size can have an impact on the Quotation and have to be revised accordingly.
  • Child / Extra Adult sharing with Double Bed.
  • An Additional Mattress or a Rollaway Bed will be provided for the third person sharing the Room. It may vary as per Hotels.
  • Departure & Arrival between 23:00 Hrs and 07:00 Hrs Mid Night Surcharge will be applied.
  • Peak Season Surcharge will be applied if Travel Period on Peak Time.
  • Child Aged 10 Years and above will be treated as an Adult All travelers have to follow the day wise Itinerary which will not change while traveling.
  • Kindly verify all the details with your coordinator before Travel. If any difficulty / technically problem during the tour kindly cooperate with us to recover the situation.
  • Some Sightseeing depends on Govt. Permit, Each Guest should carry their Govt. Identity Card (Original & Xerox both) with Passport Size Photograph at the time of Travel.
  • 100% Payments must be made to Times Quest Services Pvt. Ltd. before starting Travel Date.
  • All disputes will be settled under Jurisdiction of NCT of Delhi.

Payment Policy

  • 30 Days or Greater Date of Departure Payment 20% of Package Cost at the time of Booking,
  • 21 Days Prior to Departure 40% Payment,
  • 10 Days Prior to Departure 40% Payment.

  • 20 to 30 Days prior to Departure Payment 20% of Package Cost at the time of Booking,
  • 15 Days Prior to Departure 40% Payment,
  • 07 Days Prior to Departure 40% Payment.

  • 10 to 20 Days Prior to Departure Payment 20% of Package Cost at the time of Booking,
  • 07 Days Prior to Departure 40% Payment,
  • 05 Days Prior to Departure 40% Payment.

  • 0 to 10 Days Prior to Departure Payment 30% of Package Cost at the time of Booking
  • 05 Days Prior to Departure 70% Payment.

  • Flight, Bus and Train full Payment at the time of Booking.

Cancellation Policy

Below is a Standard Cancellation Policy & it may vary as per Products, Services & Seasons.
  • 25% Cancellation Charge will be applicable if cancel between 45 Days and above from the date of Journey.
  • 50% Cancellation Charge will be applicable if cancel between 30 - 45 Days from Date of Journey
  • 75% Cancellation Charge will be applicable if cancel between 15 - 30 Days from Date of Journey.
  • 90% Cancellation Charge will be applicable if cancel before 15 Days from Date of Journey.
  • No Refund is allowed if Cancellation is made 14 Days before Journey Date.
  • In case of no Show 100% of Tour Cost.
  • For Third Party Products please read Cancellation Policy.
  • No Cancellation will be accepted over Telephone.
  • For Cancellation please produce the Application Letter with your Original Receipt by email or visit at Office.
